Helping Minnesota ADHDers Better Understand Themselves and Thrive

ADHD testing, therapy, coaching, and practical resources for adults, college students, professionals, parents, and families across Minnesota.

You are in the right place if you’ve ever wondered…

  • “Do I have ADHD?”
  • “Why does life feel harder than it seems to for other people?”
  • “Is this ADHD, autism, anxiety or burnout?…or all of the above?”
  • “What do I do after diagnosis?”

Our comprehensive assessments help clarify the full diagnostic story and provide practical next steps.

How We Help

1. ADHD & Autism Diagnostic Assessments

We provide thorough, evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming assessments for ADHD and autism in adults, teens, and children. At end of your 3-hour assessment we will share with you the diagnostic results, and within a few days you’ll receive a detailed written report that includes clear treatment recommendations as well as formal accommodations recommendations for home, school, and work.

We are often able to schedule assessments within the next two weeks, and you can view Dr. Nate Page’s open testing slots directly in our online booking system.

2. Therapy for Adults

We offer individual and group therapy for neurodivergent adults focusing on:

  • Shame and chronic self-criticism
  • Emotional regulation and overwhelm
  • Burnout and masking
  • Relationship patterns and rejection sensitivity

This work takes place in a supportive, affirming environment where your ADHD or autistic experience is understood (and not viewed as the “problem”).

3. ADHD Coaching & Skill-Building

Hands-on support for executive functioning, organization, and motivation.

We help you turn insight into action and live more aligned with your values. One of our most popular offerings is Task Initiation Body-Doubling Groups, currently held Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

Why a Butterfly Represents ADHD

If you’ve noticed the butterfly in our logo, you’ve already seen one of the most powerful symbols of the ADHD community. The ADHD butterfly symbol originated from the grassroots ADHD community online, as people worked to describe this is how ADHD feels: the high energy flutter of attention, the vast potential for transformation and growth, and the longing to unleash the creativity and resilience.

The butterfly became an emblem of possibility, new birth, and and personal growth. Many view it as a reminder that ADHDers don’t need to change who we are, but instead deserve the space to unfold into who we’ve always been.

At the ADHD Center of Minnesota, we embrace the butterfly as a symbol of that metamorphosis. It represents the courage to grow, to find language for your experience, and to move from surviving to thriving.
