Adult ADHD & Autism Testing in Minnesota
You’ve Spent Years Wondering. Let’s Find Some Answers.
Comprehensive ADHD, autism, and AuDHD assessments for adults throughout Minnesota. In-person appointments in Northfield and telehealth services available statewide.
Welcome!
Many of the adults who reach out to us have spent years trying to understand themselves.
They’ve wondered why everyday tasks seem harder than they should be. Why they feel overwhelmed by responsibilities that others appear to manage effortlessly. Why relationships, work, school, or simply keeping up with life often requires so much energy.
Some have suspected ADHD for years.
Others discover ADHD after a child, partner, friend, or therapist receives a diagnosis.
Many wonder whether they might be autistic. Some recognize pieces of themselves in both ADHD and autism and begin exploring the possibility that they may be AuDHD.
And many arrive carrying a deeper question:
“What if there isn’t something wrong with me? What if I’ve simply never been understood?”
At the ADHD Center of Minnesota, we provide comprehensive ADHD and autism assessments for adults throughout Minnesota. Our assessments are designed to help you better understand your brain, your strengths, your challenges, and the patterns that have shaped your life.
The goal isn’t simply to determine whether you meet diagnostic criteria.
The goal is clarity.
The goal is self-understanding.
The goal is helping you move forward with greater confidence and self-compassion.
What We Evaluate
Our assessments may explore:
- ADHD (Inattentive, Hyperactive-Impulsive, and Combined Presentations)
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- AuDHD (ADHD and Autism Together)

Our goal is not to force your experiences into a particular diagnosis.
Our goal is to understand the full picture.

ADHD Scheduling Tip
For many ADHDers, the hardest part of testing isn’t the assessment itself—it’s getting started.
It’s common to spend months (or even years) wondering whether you should schedule an evaluation.
If you’re noticing a window of motivation right now, consider taking the next small step while it’s here. You don’t need to have everything figured out. That’s what we’re here for.
If you’re still deciding, schedule a free consultation and we’ll help you determine whether testing makes sense for your situation.

You Don’t Need to Fit the ADHD Stereotype
Many adults delay seeking testing because they don’t fit the picture of ADHD they grew up with.
Perhaps you earned good grades, built a successful career, or became the person everyone relies on. Maybe anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, overachievement, or chronic stress have helped compensate for challenges that no one else could see.
ADHD and autism are frequently overlooked in women, gender-diverse individuals, BIPOC adults, gifted individuals, helping professionals, and others whose experiences may not align with traditional stereotypes.
We frequently evaluate women, non-binary indivudals, high-masking adults, college students, therapists, healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, and highly intelligent adults whose ADHD or autism went unnoticed for years.
You do not need to fit a stereotype to deserve answers.
You simply need to be curious enough to ask the question.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know whether testing is right for me?
Many adults seek testing because they suspect ADHD, autism, or both, but aren’t certain. Others want to better understand long-standing struggles with attention, organization, sensory sensitivities, emotional regulation, relationships, or burnout. A free consultation can help determine whether an assessment may be useful for your situation.
Can adults be diagnosed with ADHD?
Yes. Many adults are diagnosed ADHD for the first time in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, or beyond.
Can adults be diagnosed with autism?
Absolutely. Many autistic adults were overlooked in childhood, particularly women, highly intelligent individuals, people who learned to mask, and those whose presentation differed from traditional stereotypes.
Can I have both ADHD and autism?
Yes. ADHD and autism frequently co-occur. Many people identify strongly with both experiences and find that understanding the overlap helps make sense of lifelong patterns that previously felt confusing.
How much does it cost?
Our diagnostic assessments are $1,620. This is charged at a rate of $265/hour, and includes the three-hour assessment session, two hours of report writing, and the one-hour debrief meeting. If you would like additional paperwork, we charge $265/hour (in 15-minute increments) for Dr. Page’s time.
Who Will Conduct the Assessment?
Your assessment will be conducted by Dr. Nate Page, a Licensed Psychologist, Certified Group Psychotherapist, and founder of the ADHD Center of Minnesota.
Dr. Page specializes in adult ADHD, autism, and AuDHD assessments and has extensive experience working with adults whose neurodivergence may have been overlooked, misunderstood, or misattributed earlier in life. He takes a neurodiversity-affirming approach that focuses on understanding the whole person—not simply determining whether someone meets diagnostic criteria.
From the assessment appointment to the feedback session and written report, Dr. Page is personally involved in every step of the process.
