ADHD Resources in the state of Minnesta

Finding ADHD-affirming care can feel overwhelming, especially with long waitlists and mixed information online. This page is a living list of Minnesota-based resources for ADHD assessment, therapy, medication management, coaching, and support.

We’ve organized things into sections so you can quickly find what you need. Inclusion here is informational and does not equal a formal endorsement. Always confirm a provider’s current availability, services, and insurance.

This resource list is a work in progress and will grow as we learn about more ADHD-affirming providers and programs.

If you are a clinician, coach, or organization in Minnesota who specializes in ADHD and would like to be considered for inclusion, please contact us through the ADHD Center of Minnesota. We especially welcome providers who are neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and committed to reducing shame and stigma for ADHDers.
